Braira Al Olaya Hotel

I celebrated my special day at Braira Hotel last night, and the experience was absolutely perfect! The staff surprised me with a complimentary dessert, which was a wonderful touch and made the evening feel truly special. The food was mouthwatering . The service was top-notch from start to finish, and the whole team was so attentive and friendly. If you're looking for a restaurant to make a special occasion memorable, I highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Riyadh. Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the overall service and atmosphere. A very special thanks to the housekeeping team for their exceptional professionalism, warmth, cleanliness and support. They truly went above and beyond to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. Excellent stay – comfortable, respectful, and well-managed. My family has stayed at Braira Hotel Riyadh twice, and both experiences were very good. The first time I stayed with my father, and the second time my mother and sister stayed there. Overall, the service and environment were excellent. One of the biggest positives is that it is a safe and comfortable hotel for women traveling alone. The staff is professional, respectful, and well-trained, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. The team is very accommodating and always made sure that we are comfortable and our requests are taken care of. The breakfast selection is simple but well-curated, with good options. The dinner was also good, and the overall food quality was satisfying. The hotel also has a lovely outdoor sitting/café area, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying tea or snacks. The location is excellent, close to many important places, making it very convenient. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with regular housekeeping. Special mention to Bahadur, who was extremely attentive and professional during my mother’s and sister’s stay. He consistently ensured their comfort, was polite and respectful at all times, and provided excellent service. He also made very good tea. Another staff member, Sunil, was also kind and helpful. The laundry service was good as well. A few minor points: • Wi-Fi can be a little slow • Rooms are slightly small Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel during my vacation and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to Abdulmajeed for always being supportive, professional, and willing to help not only with hotel matters but also with directions and local recommendations. I would also like to thank Rafiq for keeping my room very clean and for his kindness. The location is excellent, very central, close to the metro, and surrounded by many restaurants and cafés. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay here again.

I stayed as a solo traveller on business in Riyadh. THe rooms are clean, staff is extremely well informed and helpful at the front desk in the evenings in particular. Breakfast is continental - fairly standard, peaceful and well looked after. Room Service and Cleaning by Anand and his team was particularly supportive in understanding my requests and work timings and absolutely supportive and respectful besides being helpful. enjoyed my stay - location is great - there are several places to eat and hang around at a walking distance near Faisalya tower.

One of the best hidden gems in Olaya street close to the city center, two luxurious malls and other banking services. It’s also less than 5 minutes walk to King Fahad Library metro station across from Alfayslia tower. The lounge is decently elegant and the food is freshly cooked & delicious. They offer free detox water, juice, Saudi coffee & dates once you step in the lounge. Their smiley faces make my day especially Abdellatif and Suneer. Their chef is highly qualified and Mehdi at the resturant makes sure everything is perfect. I don’t usually eat at hotels but I tried so many dishes & drinks there. Everything I tried was delicious and elegantly presented. I highly recommend the hotel for business meetings and a quick bite in a relaxed setting. The service is outstanding. The staff is well-trained in hospitality service. The rooms are clean & there is an outdoor area close to the pool. If you happen to be nearby, give it a try. You will thank me for sure.

Calm, clean, neat and secure place where you can have a good rest, Braira Hotel located near the King Fahad Library and garden is highly recommanded for a pleasant stay in Riyad. I particularly appreciate the spontaneity of the room service and the kindness of the personel. Special mention to Muhammed KHAN, the supervisor of the cleaners for his professionalism, proficiency and dedication.
